These were images of jostling and chaos, recorded at the National Institute for Accreditation of Vaccines and Medical Biologicals in Dai Kim Ward of Hoang Mai District on the morning of July 21, when there were hundreds of people gathered to test for COVID-19.
And this is what happen at the same location just a day later. The chaos, the jostling scene, and the crowd all disappeared.
After the media reported the problem, on the morning of July 22, the People's Committee of Dai Kim Ward sent forces to coordinate with the Institute to support and guide people to use services here.
Previously, the Institute informed that it can only receive a limited number of people coming for COVID-19 tests to avoid crowding. If people need a test, they have to register online and only come to the Institute when their registration has been recorded.
As noted by our reporters, the number of people coming to use testing and vaccination services at the Institute still remained high.
However, with better regulation of the authority and better preparation from the Institute, the risk of spreading the COVID-19 disease has been limited./.
