An elevated bridge crossing the North-South railway in central Nghe An province was inaugurated and open to traffic on September 4, helping ensure safety for trains on the route.
The flyover on National Highway 46 is 361 metres long and 20m wide. It took only six months for the Civil Engineering Company 4 (Cienco 4) to build the bridge instead of the planned one year.
Addressing the inaugural ceremony, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc praised efforts by Cienco 4 staff in completing the project ahead of schedule.
Apart from easing traffic congestion at the crossroad between the North-South railway and National Highway 46, the project has created a facelift for the southern part of the Nghe An city of Vinh.-VNA
