The diplomat thanked significant support hehad received from the Party, Government and public agencies throughout his tenurein Vietnam over the past four years.
He expressed his pleasure with progressmade in Cuba-Vietnam ties, particularly in cooperation between the two parties,and partnerships in the sectors of trade-investment, agriculture, defence,security, and people-to-people exchange.
He said he appreciates Vietnam’s sharing itstheoretical and practical experience on economic reform with Cuba.
