Through law-making and policy-building, the two parliaments have helped create a favourable environment for practical, effective, and sustainable development cooperation across multiple fields, serving the interests of the two peoples while nurturing the traditional fraternity between Vietnam and Cuba, said NA Chairman Tran Thanh Man.
The visit will contribute to strengthening the Vietnamese National Assembly's cooperation with the Russian State Duma in particular and the Russian Federal Assembly in general.
