After receiving information on the spreading of the novel coronavirus pandemic adversely impacting on agricultural exports of Vietnam, the Kuwaiti embassy in Vietnam decided to buy two tonnes of watermelons from Bac Giang province to assist farmers, who are greatly affected by COVID-19. In order to handle such huge amount of watermelons, 20 staff members of the Kuwaiti embassy are mobilised from 9 a.m. on February 11 to distribution the fruits to people.
