Minister of Industry and Trade Vu Huy Hoang has signed a decision to equitise the Vietnam National Petroleum Corporation (Petrolimex).
Seventy-five percent of the equitised corporation’s chartered capital will be held by the State and its members will be operated under corporation form. It will be managed by its President-cum-General Director.
Petrolimex’s value has been assessed since Jan. 1, 2010.
The concrete equitisation scheme will be devised by the ministry’s enterprise development and reform committee and Petrolimex’s equitisation steering committee./.
