Planning work should promote sustainable development. (Source: ntu.edu.sg)Hanoi (VNA) – Planning work should target sustainable development and climate change adaptation, suggested a seminar held by the Ministry of Planning and Investment (MPI) and the Belgian Development Agency in Hanoi on April 25.
According to the MPI, putting the Law on Planning into practice soon will create a consistent basis for planning work from national to regional and local levels, meeting demands for improvement in quality and transparency and making planning a management, execution and direction tool.
Planning work should create favourable conditions to attract investment and make the best use of the country’s resources for sustainable development and climate change adaptation.-VNA
