PM bids farewell to Italian Ambassador

Speaking of the diplomat’s positive contributions during his workingterm in Vietnam, the PM said that the two countries have seensignificant growth in bilateral cooperation after the establishment oftheir strategic partnership.

He affirmedVietnam’s consistent policy of working with Italy to develop theirstrategic partnership in a practical and effective manner and for theinterest and common development of both countries, helping to ensurepeace, stability, cooperation and development in the region and aroundthe world.

For his part, the ambassadorexpressed his gratitude to the Vietnamese Government and offices forhelping him fulfil his tasks in Vietnam.

Italyattaches great importance to boosting cooperation with Vietnam ineconomics, trade, investment, culture and education, he said, wishingthat the Vietnamese Government will continue to create favourableconditions for Italian enterprises to conduct long-term business inVietnam.-VNA

Hanoi's National Assembly deputies urged to fulfill commitments to voters

In the third quarter of 2026, Hanoi recorded a strong breakthrough, with growth of 10.02%, exceeding the national rate of 9.95%. This marked the first time the city had achieved double-digit growth this year and its highest quarterly growth rate. Its GRDP growth in the first nine months was estimated at 8.85%, up from 7.92% in the same period of 2025.
