PM to attend ASEAN-RoK commemorative summit, visit RoK

ASEAN-Republic of Korea (RoK) Dialogue Relations and pay a working visit
to the RoK from December 10-12.

ASEAN-Republic of Korea (RoK) Dialogue Relations and pay a working visit
to the RoK from December 10-12.
The Prime Minister’s summit attendance and visit are made at the invitation of RoK President Park Geun-hye.
ASEAN and the RoK have unceasingly boosted their dialogue ties, and
the relationship was upgraded to strategic partnership in 2010.
The two sides target a two-way trade of 150 billion USD by 2015 and 200 billion USD by 2020.
The RoK is now Vietnam’s second largest foreign direct investor and
trade partner with two-way trade turnover hitting 27.5 billion USD in
2013.
The country is also the second largest ODA provider for Vietnam with a total commitment of 1.2 billion USD in 2012-2015.-VNA
