Doctors from the HCM City-based “Hoa Tam” charity and their colleaguesat the Reasmey Kompong Som Clinic on Jan. 8 provided free check-ups andmedicines for more than 200 poor Vietnamese people in Cambodia ’sPreah Siahnouk province.
On the occasion, the “HoaTam” charity presented gifts, each worth 200,000 VND (10 USD), to 150poor patients. The gifts were bought with funding raised by doctors anddonors in HCM City .
This was the second timethat the organisation and the clinic jointly provided free medicalcheck-ups and medicines for poor Vietnamese people in Cambodia .
In August 2010, the doctors from the Hoa Tam charity examined andpresented gifts to 150 Vietnamese patients in the Tonle Sap region./.
