Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh casts ballot in Tay Ho ward, Hanoi

On the morning of March 15, 2026, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh visited Polling Station No. 21 in Tay Ho ward, Hanoi, to inspect preparations and cast his ballot in the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026–2031 tenure.
