Northern Quang Ninh province’s Rangers discovered and seized a coach illegally transporting 456.5kg of night herons and white-faceted owls.
The coach was carrying 403kg of frozen night herons, 47kg of live nigh herons and 6.5kg of live owls from northern Hai Phong city to Quang Ninh province’s Ha Long city.
