The Mekong Delta province of Kien Giang attracted 6.83 million visitors in the first eight months of this year, accounting for 82.3% of the total the province expected for the whole year.
The southern province of Kien Giang estimated its export value of aquatic products at around 29.5 trillion VND (1.22 billion USD) in the first 10 months of this year, or 82.75% of the yearly plan, up 5.28% from the same period last year.
Mac Cuu Temple is a renowned cultural and historical site in Ha Tien city, Kien Giang province. The relic site is dedicated to the worship of Mac Cuu, who explored the land over three centuries ago.
