BIDV kept both rates unchanged from March 27, listing the buying rate at 23,145 VND/USD and the selling rate at 23,245 VND/USD.
At Techcombank, the buying rate was revised up 25 VND to 23,145 VND/USD and the selling rate down 5 VND to 23,245 VND/USD. -VNA
