With the current trading band of +/-3 percent, the ceiling rate applied to commercial banks during the day is 23,105 VND and the floor rate 21,759 VND.
The opening hour rates at commercial banks saw slight changes.

Vietcombank is buying the greenback at 22,700 VND and selling at 22,770 VND per USD, down 5 VND from a day ago.
At BIDV, the buying rate is 22,700 VND and the selling rate 22,770 VND, up 5 VND.
Techcombank kept the buying rate unchanged from July 20 at 22,685 VND per USD and adjusted the selling rate up by 5 VND to 22,780 VND per USD. -VNA
