Hanoi (VNA) – The StateBank of Vietnam set the daily reference exchange rate at 23,140 VND/USD onNovember 3, down 10 VND from the previous day.

With the current trading bandof /-3 percent, the ceiling rate applicable to commercial banks during the dayis 23,834 VND/USD and the floor rate 22,445 VND/USD.

The opening-hour rates atcommercial banks fluctuated slightly.

At 8:25am, Vietcombank listedthe buying rate at 22,620 VND/USD and the selling rate at 22,850 VND/USD,unchanged from November 2.

BIDV reduced both rates by 5VND to 22,645 VND/USD (buying) and 22,845 VND/USD (selling)./.
