Reference exchange rate goes down 3 VND

The State Bank of Vietnam adjusted its reference VND/USD exchange rate down by 3 VND from July 13 to 22,445 VND/USD on July 14.

Hanoi, (VNA)– The State Bank of Vietnam adjusted its reference VND/USD exchange rate downby 3 VND from July 13 to 22,445 VND/USD on July 14.

With the current +/- 3 percent VND/USD trading band, the ceiling exchange rateis 23,110 VND per USD and the floor rate is 21,766 VND per USD.

Major commercial banks made a slight adjustment to their rates at the openinghours.

Vietcombank offered 22,700 VND (buying) and 22,770 VND (selling), per USD, up 5VND from the day ago.

BIDV also offered the same rates at Vietcombank, with 22,700 VND (buying) and22,770 VND (selling), per USD, down 5 VND.
