The reference VND/USD exchange rate is set at 22,468 VND/USD on the morning of November 1 (Photo: VNA) Hanoi (VNA) – The State Bank of Vietnam set its reference VND/USD exchange rate at 22,468 VND/USD on the morning of November 1, down by 4 VND from October 31.
With the current +/- 3 percent VND/USD trading band, the ceiling exchange rate is 23,134 VND per USD and the floor rate is 21,796 VND per USD.
Slight fluctuations were seen in major commercial banks’ rates.
Vietcombank set 22,675 VND (buying) and 22,745 VND (selling), per USD, down by 10 VND from the day ago.
Vietinbank also offered the same rates as Vietcombank, with 22,675 VND (buying) and 22,745 VND (selling), per USD, down by 5 VND from October 31.
At BIDV, the buying rate was 22,680 VND and the selling rate was 22,750 VND, per USD, down by 5 VND from the day earlier.-VNA
