The opening-hour rates at commercial banks saw fluctuations.
At 8:33 am, BIDV listed the buying rate at 22,745 VND/USD and the selling rate at 23,025 VND/USD, both up 10 VND from the closing-hour rates on April 12.
Meanwhile, Vietcombank cut both rates by 5 VND to 22,715 VND/USD (buying) and 23,025 VND/USD (selling)./.
