Reference exchange rate up 3 VND on April 15
The State Bank of Vietnam set the daily reference exchange rate at 23,227 VND per USD on April 15, up 3 VND from the previous day.

With the current trading band of +/-3 percent, the ceiling rate applied to commercial banks during the day is 23,922 VND/USD and the floor rate 22,530 VND/USD.
The opening hour rates at commercial banks saw light increases.
At 8:25 am, Vietcombank listed the buying rate at 23,335 VND/USD, and the selling rate at 23,545 VND/USD, both up 15 VND from the same time on April 14.
BIDV raised both rates by 5 VND, offering the buying rate at 23,365 VND/USD and the selling rate at 23,545 VND/USD.
Techcombank added 10 VND to both rates, listing the buying rate at 23,365 VND/USD, and the selling rate at 23,565 VND/USD./.
