Hanoi (VNA) - The StateBank of Vietnam set the daily reference exchange rate on February 28 at 22,915VND per USD, up 7 VND from the previous day.

With the current trading band of +/- 3 percent, the ceiling rate appliedto commercial banks during the day is 23,602 VND/USD and the floor rate 22,210VND/USD.

 The opening hour rates at commercial banksstayed stable.

 Vietcombank kept both rates unchanged, listingthe buying rate at 23,150 VND/USD and the selling rate at 23,250 VND/USD.

 At BIDV, the rates were 23,150 VND/USD (buying)and 23,250 VND/USD (selling), the same as those on February 27.

 Techcombank joined the trend, keeping bothrates unchanged at 23,130 VND/USD (buying) and 23,250 VND/USD (selling).-VNA

Bac Ninh promotes lychee tourism with 36 model orchards
