With the current /- 3 percent VND/USD trading band, the ceiling exchange rate is 23,137 VND per USD and the floor rate is 21,793 VND per USD.
Major commercial banks made changes to their rates.
Vietcombank increased its rates by 10 VND to 22,735 VND (buying) and 22,805 VND (selling), per USD.
Vietinbank also offered the same rates as Vietcombank, which showed a rise of 5 VND from the day ago.
Meanwhile, Vietinbank raised its rates by 8 VND, offering 22,734 VND (buying) and 22,804 VND (selling), per USD.-VNA
