Nineteen flights of the national flag carrier Vietnam Airlines were affected by the 115-minute outage at the global reservation system Sabre on August 6.
The flights were delayed from 12 to 75 minutes, affecting nearly 3,000 passengers.
The Sabre software system provides reservation services for more than 300 airlines and over 100 airports around the world.
