Hanoi (VNA) – The music video "Cambodian Pride" – the official anthem of the 32nd Southeast Asian Games (SEA Games 32) – has logged over 51 million views within just over 10 days since its release on YouTube, by far the highest compared to that of its equivalents in previous editions of the tournament.

Lasting 4:17 minutes, the viral MV gathers many renowned local artists, such as Preap Sovath, Khemarak Sereymun, Khem and Ton Chanseyma. Featuring typical Cambodian traditional dances and melodies, it introduces the country’s famous tourist destinations and the Games’ sports, notably the Kun Khmer.

Its increasing number of views far exceeds the 1.1 million of SEA Games 28’s "Unbreakable", 424,000 of SEA Games 30’s "We win as one", and 430,000 of SEA Games 31’s "Let's shine".

As scheduled, the opening ceremony of SEA Games 32 will take place at the Morodok Techo stadium in Phnom Penh on May 5. The closing ceremony, meanwhile, is slated for May 17.

Cambodia is set to organise tournament themed "Sports - Living in Peace" with 37 sports in Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, Preah Sihanouk, Kampot, and Kep./.
