According to the International Cooperation Agency under the Ministry ofAgriculture and Rural Development (MARD), the project will be financedthrough the Spanish Agency for Development Cooperation (AECID).
With a total capital of 650,000 EUR, the project aims to ensuresustainable environmental management and livelihoods, contributing toimplementing MARD’s action plan on coping with climate change.
The main activities of the project include determining the impacts ofclimate change, increasing management of natural resources, encouragingthe participation of women, children and the poor, as well as buildingan action plan that is compatible with the socio-economic developmentstrategy of the locality./.
