State Bank of Vietnam tops public administration reform index 2022
According to the Ministry of Home Affairs' announcement on April 19, 2023, the State Bank of Vietnam secured the top position on the Public Administration Reform Index (PAR) 2022.
The northern province of Quang Ninh topped the 2022 Provincial Governance and Public Administration Performance Index (PAPI), the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) announced on April 12.
The 2022 Provincial Governance and Public Administration Performance Index (PAPI) Report on Vietnam was released recently by the Centre for Community Support and Development Studies, the Vietnam Fatherland Front’s Centre for Research and Training, Real-Time Analytics, and the United Nations Development Programme.
