The Central Steering Committee on Corruption Prevention and Control has sent a dispatch to Party units and authorities of centrally-run cities and provinces requesting strictly dealing with negative and corruption behaviours in anti-corruption units.

Hanoi (VNA) – The Central Steering Committee on Corruption Prevention andControl has sent a dispatch to Party units and authorities of centrally-run citiesand provinces requesting strictly dealing with negative and corruptionbehaviours in anti-corruption units.

Accordingly,they were required to replace or dismiss unqualified personnel in terms ofmoral virtues, enhance inspection over anti-corruption units as directed byParty General Secretary and State President and head of the committee NguyenPhu Trong.

Partyaffairs committees of the Government Inspectorate and State Audit Office ofVietnam must review, supplement, and refine operation regulations of inspectionand audit delegations.

TheCentral Committee of the Public Security’s Party was assigned to promptlyverify and investigate a case involving the Construction Ministry’s inspectorsallegedly soliciting money during a working trip in Vinh Tuong district, VinhPhuc province.

TheParty affairs committee of the Construction Ministry must review theappointment of Nguyen Thi Kim Anh as deputy chief of the anti-corruption divisionof its inspection team and report the results to the Central Steering Committeeon Corruption Prevention and Control before June 30.-VNA
