Storm claims 10 lives in northern Vietnam

The victims, including a two-year-old, were reported in Lao Cai, YenBai and Cao Bang provinces, where roads, houses and crops were alsodamaged during heavy rainfall.

The storm also hit northernBac Ninh, Hai Duong and Bac Giang provinces, with water levels on theLuc Ngan River rising rapidly.
