Hanoi(VNA) – The Government Office has launched a system to receive and give feedbackto citizens’ petitions and recommendations related to policies andadministrative procedure processing at http://nguoidan.chinhphu.vn.

As part of efforts to realise the Government’s determination to build anincorruptible, facilitating and action-oriented Government that works to servepeople and businesses, the system is an interactive information channel betweenthe Government and people.

People can easily access the system from computers and mobile devices connectedto internet, to send, follow and receive feedback on their petitionsand recommendations.

Through the system, Stateadministrative agencies at all levels will receive and give replies to petitions and recommendations in each areaand management level, while collecting administrative reform proposals andinitiatives, in order to build an effective and synchronous State administrativemanagement system.

The Government Office will be responsible for guiding, monitoring andinspecting and urging ministries, sectors and localities in the work.-VNA

Coast Guard Region 2 promotes IUU-free fishing among Quang Ngai fishermen

The Command of Coast Guard Region 2 briefed the fishermen on the Law of the Sea of Vietnam, the Fisheries Law, and legal documents related to IUU prevention. Officers also provided guidance on identifying areas under Vietnam’s sovereignty and jurisdiction, traditional fishing grounds, warning zones, and prohibited fishing areas.
