A highlight of this year’s autumn-winter tourism season is the Yen Tu festival 2026, featuring a wide range of events such as Mid-Autumn Festival celebrations, a Chinese chess tournament, the Yen Tu Heritage Marathon and the Yen Tu Ultra Trail race.

Thousands of people have flocked to the northeastern province of Quang Ninh to join in the Yen Tu Spring Festival, which began in Uong Bi city on February 14 or the 10th day of the Lunar New Year.

The Yen Tu Spring Festival is taking place in the northern province of Quang Ninh. The festival is part of the National Tourism Year activities hosted by the locality.

Long Tong Festival (going-to-the-field festival), Huong Pagoda Festival, and Yen Tu Festival are among many major traditional festivals that take place in the first lunar month.

Holding the Yen Tu festival in Tay Yen Tu in northern Bac Giang province and Dong Yen Tu in neighbouring Quang Ninh province will help preserve and promote the cultural values of Yen Tu, said a Government Committee for Religious Affairs official.
