the occasion of the 29th Day of German Unity (October 3, 1990 – 2019).
General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam’s Central Committee and President Nguyen Phu Trong sent a congratulatory message to President of Germany Frank-Walter Steinmeier.
Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc extended congratulations to Chancellor of Germany Angela Merkel.
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Pham Binh Minh also took the occasion to congratulate German Minister of Foreign Affairs Heiko Maas./.
