With the theme “Celebrating the New Year of the Dragon”, the exhibition has captivated large numbers of visitors.
Organised by the Ho Chi Minh City Fine Arts Association, the exhibition will run until February 20.
Dragons are familiar in the spiritual lives of many Vietnamese people, embodying not just power but also serving as mascots deeply rooted in folk cultural beliefs.
These mythical creatures are closely associated with rivers and waters, symbolising hopes for favourable weather, bumper crops, and good fortune. Dragons also represent prosperity, growth, and abundance in every aspect of life.
The exhibition conveys messages of luck and best wishes to all visitors on the occasion of the New Year 2024./.
