Speaking at a meeting with 50 Laotian students who has demonstrated excellent academic performance, Doan said that Vietnam is willing to support Laos in its national construction and development, especially human resource development.
She asked the students to foster their sense of solidarity and strive to acquire practical experience.
Doan presented 100 million VND (4,800 USD) to the Lao Embassy's scholarship fund to support disadvantaged students.-VNA
