Vietnam Airlines’s Airbus A350 used on HCM City-Shanghai route

Customers of Vietnam Airlines can enjoy top-notch services when flying from Ho Chi Minh City to Shanghai (China) after the airline rolled out its new A350-900 aircraft for the route on March 28.

Hanoi (VNA) – Customers of the national flag carrier Vietnam Airlines can enjoy top-notch services when flying from Ho Chi Minh City to Shanghai (China) after the airline rolled out its new A350-900 aircraft for the route on March 28.

The flight VN532, which left Ho Chi Minh City at 12:45 (local time), landed safely in Shanghai’s Pudong International Airport on the day.

According to Vietnam Airlines, the official operation of the top-class plane aims to meet increasing demand between the two destinations, while affirming the carrier’s excellent image in China.

To mark the occasion, Vietnam Airlines are offering promotional fares for business-class services. Round-trip tickets from 12,375,000 VND (550 USD) are available for sale from April 1 and are applied to all flights departing from April 16 and returning before April 30.

The airline is providing 14 trips to Shanghai every week, seven of which depart from Hanoi and the remaining from Ho Chi Minh City.

Previously, the carrier operated the A350 aircraft on the Hanoi/Ho Chi Minh City-Paris and Hanoi-Seoul routes.-VNA

Vietnam's wood exporters race to stay on growth path

Ho Chi Minh City: Industrial, export processing zones attract over 2.6 bln USD in H1

Speaking at the at the city's regular socio-economic press briefing on July 9, Deputy Head of the Ho Chi Minh City Export Processing and Industrial Zones Authority (HEPZA) Tran Viet Ha said that foreign direct investment (FDI) accounted for nearly 1.6 billion USD of the total, including 65 newly licensed projects worth more than 867 million USD and 83 existing projects that added over 707 million USD in registered capital.
