Vietnam has recently been selected as one of the best 25 places to retire in 2015 in the world by internationalliving.com.
The ranking is based on eight categories, namely buying and renting, social benefits and discounts, cost of living, fitting in, entertainment and amenities, health care, infrastructure, and climate.
Vietnam scores 100 points in terms of cost of living and is placed 25th in the list with an average score of 67.3.
Four other Asian countries were also named by the website, including Malaysia (86.8 points), Thailand (84.6), the Philippines (76.3), and Cambodia (73.7).
