Vietnam asks Japan to help with infrastructure
The Vietnamese Government wishes to receive Japanese support to carry

PM Dung expressed his pleasure at the fine development of the Vietnam-Japan strategic partnership and praised Ambassador Mitsuo Sakaba’s contributions to bilateral ties during his term of office in Vietnam .
He said that the Government had proposed that the State President present the Friendship Order to Mitsuo Sakaba in recognition of his contributions.
For his part, Ambassador Mitsuo Sakaba pledged to continue help boosting cooperation between the two countries. He also said the Japanese Prime Minister would visit Vietnam and attend the ASEAN Summit, which is slated for October in Hanoi./.
