A delegation from the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV), led by Deputy Head of the CPV Central Committee’s Commission for External Relations Vuong Thua Phong, arrived in Algeria on March 18 to attend the 9 th Algerian National Liberation Front (FLN) Party Congress on March 19-21.
Some 3,650 delegates and 20 foreign delegations are expected to attend the event.
The congress will mark a turning point in the formation of new approach as well as the party’s action plan and foreign affairs.
The congress will adopt FLN’s nine committees and the membership of the FLN’s Central Committee for this tenure will be between 250 and 300./.
