Hanoi (VNA) – The Vietnamese Party Committee continually supports more exchange programmes between the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (HCMCYU) and the Kim Il-sung Socialist Youth League (KSYL) of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Secretary of the Party Central Committee Ha Thi Khiet has said.

Receiving Chairman of the KSYL Central Committee Jon Yong-nam in Hanoi on November 30, Khiet, who is also head of the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Mass Mobilisation, spoke highly of cooperation between HCMCYU and KSYL on both bilateral and multilateral channels.

She believed that both sides would continue improving the efficiency of their joint work and exploring new partnerships for their own sakes.

Jon Yong-nam, for his part, reiterated that the Party, State and people of the DPRK keep valuing friendship with Vietnamese counterparts and facilitating friendly exchange activities between their young generations.-VNA
