Vietnam, Cambodia extend hand of friendship

During the meeting, Deputy PM Sok An, who is also Senior Minister incharge of the Council of Ministers, and Minister Vu Duc Dam said theywere delighted that the traditional friendship between Vietnam andCambodia was thriving and that cooperative relations were constantlyimproving.

They confirmed that both offices willwork with all relevant ministries, sectors and localities to put intoaction previous agreements made by the Prime Ministers of bothcountries.

They also discussed ways of stepping upjoint cooperation in every field, to further their special relationshipas well as planning events to celebrate the 45 years since Vietnam andCambodia first established diplomatic relations.-VNA
