On the occasion, Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh received messages ofcongratulations from his counterparts, Bangladeshi Foreign Minister DipuMoni, Georgian Foreign Minister Grigol Vashadze, Nicaraguan ActingForeign Minister Manuel Coronel Kautz and Sri Lankan Foreign MinisterG.L. Peiris./.
