“We are very sad to learn of information related to the AirAsia’s QZ8501 flight. We send our deep condolences to the Government and people of nations having their citizens on board the flight, and hope the search and rescue efforts of the involved parties will help find the missing victims soon,” the spokesperson said on December 31.
The same day, President Truong Tan Sang and Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung sent messages of condolences to Indonesian President Joko Widodo.-VNA
