Vietnam ICT COMM to expand

A wide range of telecommunications and IT products and services will be on display at the 2018 Vietnam ICT COMM to be held in HCM City next month.

HCM City (VNA) - A wide range oftelecommunications and IT products and services will be on display at the 2018Vietnam ICT COMM to be held in Ho Chi Minh City next month.

It will feature more than 350 booths set upby 250 exhibitors from 20 countries and territories, 50 per cent higher thanthe number in the last two years.

The products on display will includesoftware, mobile applications, applications for enterprise, web solutions,hardware devices, wireless technologies, internet services, service management,electronic products and services, broadcasting equipment and services, networkinfrastructure, and others.

Held by Adpex JSC, the Vietnam Associationfor Information Processing, Vietnam Internet Association, the National Agencyfor Technology Entrepreneurship and Commercialisation Development, and the VietnamClimate Innovation Centre, the exhibition’s main objective is to createopportunities for local and foreign ICT companies to show off their productsand services, seek potential customers and attract investment.

Known for its large size and rich andspecialised contents, Vietnam ICT COMM is expected to help boost the country’stelecom, IT and communications industries, according to the organisers.

It will also feature a number of seminarsfeaturing leading local and international experts on topical issues such asapplication of IoT technology in cities, problems and solutions related tocyber security and penetrating the global technology market.

There will be business matching programmes,“Application Market” and “Start-up Business Area.”

NA adopts resolution in support of private sector

According to the resolution, each enterprise, household business, or individual business must not be inspected more than once a year, except in cases where clear signs of violations are found.
