The Laos Front for National Construction (LFNC) will work with the Vietnam Fatherland Front in concrete activities to spoil hostile forces’ plots against the traditional special solidarity between the two countries.
LFNC Chairman Phandouangchit Vongsa made the pledge at a reception for a visiting delegation from the Hanoi Chapter of the Vietnam Fatherland Front led by Chairman Doan Van Binh in Vientiane on August 12.
He also pledged that the LFNC will do more to reinforce and expand Vietnam-Laos special ties in all fields to meet the two people’s expectations.
Vongsa spoke highly of cooperation between the two capitals of Hanoi and Vientiane and their fronts in particular, saying it has helped deepen the faithful relations of the two twinned cities.
Binh told the host that his delegation’s week-long visit, from August 8, aims to enhance cooperation between Hanoi and Vientiane’s fronts through its attendance at the LFNC’s 63 rd founding anniversary.
