Vietnam learns from German reform experience

A delegation from the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee’s commissions has visited Germany to gather experience in administrative reform, human resource development and management.
A delegation from the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee’s commissions has visited Germany to gather experience in administrative reform, human resource development and management.
While in Germany from Nov. 15-24, the delegation led by Nguyen Van Du, deputy head of the personnel training department under the Party Central Committee’s Organisation Commission, participated in workshops and discussed issues relating to administrative reforms with German experts. All contacts were initiated by the Germany-Vietnam Economic Assistance Company and the International Economics Institute.
Hans-Joachim Knaupe, Director of the International Economics Institute, said he hoped that knowledge and experience gained during the visit would contribute to Vietnam’s national construction and development.

During the visit, the delegation was received by Gregor Gysi, Chairman of the left wing party parliamentarians’ group, who shared his party experience in personnel organisation and structure./.
