Talking about Russia’s role in the IT market of Vietnam, shesaid people are now living in a world where technology can change everything.
Russia and Vietnam boast a time-tested friendship, shenoted, adding that while Russia owns strong technological platforms, Vietnamhas an advantage in IT personnel.
Therefore, the two countries can cooperate in IT developmentand implementation of large projects, according to Giang.
At the workshop, Andrey Bezrukov, President of the TechnologicalSovereignty Exports Association and a professorat the Department of Applied International Analysis at the MoscowState Institute of International Relations, said Russia needs to becomea technological hub, which is one of the major tasks for the country in thenext 20 - 30 years.
Assistant to the Russian President Andrey Fursenko suggestedhis country export scientific ideas to be applied in other countries, notingthat it should set international-level strategic targets about technologicaldevelopment, such as in the fields of vaccine production, environment, andenergy, so as to export knowledge./.
