Pretoria (VNA) – A Vietnamese trade promotiondelegation that includes 22 local businesses from five localities is visitingSouth Africa from June 21 – 29, seeking partnerships and export opportunities.

Co-organised by the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MoIT) andthe Hanoi People’s Committee as part of the 2019 national trade promotionprogramme, the trip aims at showcasing Vietnamese products, looking for tradepartners and investment opportunities, and studying consumers’ taste andimporters’ requirement in the market.

On June 24, a workshop on connecting Vietnamese and SouthAfrican businesses took place in Johannesburg, with the participation of over 100local firms.
