A delegation of the Vietnam National Documentary and Scientific Film Studio made a ten-day working visit to France.
During their stay in France from Oct. 19-28, the delegation visited Tour, Marseille and Paris , met with French witnesses and friends and overseas Vietnamese who met and worked with President Ho Chi Minh, and made support and contribution to Vietnam during its resistance wars.
The delegation head, Dao Duy Quat, member of the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Information and Education and vice chairman of the Vietnam Art and Literary Study and Criticism Council, said the visit was within the scope of a project to make a documentary on President Ho.
According to Quat, the film is scheduled to be on screen in February 2011 to mark the 120th birthday of Uncle Ho./.
