HCMCity (VNA) - eLinkKVM USB device, which enables users to connect withand receive support from global IT experts, made its debut at the SaigonHi-tech Park Incubation Centre in Ho Chi Minh City on July 25.

Initiatedby ElinkGate Joint Stock Company, the product is considered a foundation fordeveloping one-touch IT support service.

Thestartup ElinkGate possesses the monopoly technology of remote computer control,which was patented in the US and Vietnam. The technology allows remote controlof smart devices such as computers, tablets, smart phones in all situations,even those without operating systems.

Thefirst commercial product of this technology,  eLinkKVM USB device  features auto-recognition with high speed and security.

Withthis product, customers requesting the service just need to connect ElinkGate’sUSB device to computers that need support. ITexpert can remotely access the computer  to fix any problems, including re-installationof operating system or fixing errors of system boot.

Accordingto Nguyen Xuan Hoang, Director of ElinkGate,  eLinkKVM’s price is  more competitive compared to similar productsin the market.

In 2018, the company will work with its partners toquickly market the product, with two versions for businesses and individuals.

It aims to help people learn about ITand has also patented a similar technology called eLinkMe  which also allows IT experts to remotelyaccess computers, smart phones or tablets to fix any problem that users  may encounter. -VNA
