Vietnamese leaders condole with India over train accident
PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc sent a message of condolences to his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi over the loss of lives in the derailment of an express train in Kanpur Dehat district of Uttar Pradesh state.

The accident occurred on November 20 morning, killing at least 146 passengers and injuring more than 200 others.-VNA
