Vietnamese, Mexican parties enhance ties

General Secretary of PT Alberto Anaya Gutierrez made the statementwhile receiving Bui The Duc, Deputy Chief of the CPV Central Committee’sPopularisation and Education Commission in Mexico on Oct.14. Duc isleading a delegation to the third World Congress and the 11 thInternational Meeting on Pre-School Education in Mexico .

Bui The Duc spoke highly the effective support of PT in promoting theimages of Vietnam and its people in Mexico and Latin America, PT’sassistances to Vietnamese Agent Orange/dioxin victims and its provisionof foreign language and journalism skill training to Vietnam NewsAgency’s reporters in Mexico.

On the occasion,Pedro Vazquez, Politburo member of PT and Head of the Mexico-VietnamFriendship Parliamentarians Group (MVFPG) met with the Vietnamesedelegation.

Vazquez informed and discussed with thedelegation on MVFPG’s activities in the time to come to promoteVietnam ’s image in the country, contributing to strengthening thefriendship and cooperation between the two parties and countries./.

Vietnam, Laos sign cooperation agreement to enhance financial management capacity for 2026–2030

The agreement was one of four cooperation documents exchanged during the Lao PM’s ongoing official visit to Vietnam, reflecting the determination of the two Parties, States, as well as ministries, and sectors of the two countries to further consolidate, strengthen and deepen the great friendship, special solidarity, comprehensive cooperation and strategic cohesion between Vietnam and Laos.

Vietnam, Thailand further bolster 50-year ties

Since the establishment of diplomatic relations on August 6, 1976, Vietnam-Thailand ties have expanded steadily in both breadth and depth. The two countries enjoy strong political trust and close relations between their leaders and people. This has provided a solid foundation for deeper cooperation across all channels, including state, government, parliamentary, business, local-level and people-to-people exchanges.
